About Me
My name is Kimberly Guminiak and I am a full time student at Arizona State University pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. I am also currently working full time as a habilitation therapist through Arizona Autism United. As a habilitation therapist, I help to correct communication, academic, and social and behavioral skills depending on the child's needs and issues. Most of the children are on the autism spectrum, but I also work with children that have other developmental disabilities. I couldn't ask for a more rewarding job and plan on working there throughout college. I love helping others and believe my degree in psychology will be the next step to my dream career.
I plan on continuing my education by applying to Occupation Therapy school and obtaining my MSOT license (Masters of Occupational Therapy). When I am not at work or school, I love to travel! I was born and raised in Eagan, Minnesota. I moved out to Arizona in September 2015. I have been to many different states in the U.S. and have also been to France and Mexico. |
